Job types
Matches the categories already used in the NSS project tracker. Add new categories here as the business expands.
Job types are deactivated rather than deleted, so historic jobs keep their original category.
Fee proposal templates
Keep quoting quick: choose a template, edit the scope and fee, then send.
SharePoint / OneDrive job files
The V4 workflow is ready to request folder creation when a proposal becomes a job.
The Microsoft connection still needs to be configured separately. Until then, accepted jobs are marked “Not configured” and no folders are created automatically.
Security & two-factor authentication
2FA protects NSS client and project data even if a password is compromised.
